Brent here in the Dallas airport waiting for Jen and Brittany to arrive. I saw a computer station and thought I’d kick off the blog. While on the plane I was brushing up on the agenda for tomorrow as well as all the exercise and nutrition information and am getting excited to see the teens tomorrow! I know everyone has worked really hard on trying to create a fun, interesting, and educational program where the teens will hopefully walk away feeling empowered and able to take control over their health and make healthy choices! I say this sitting in the airport stareing at the Aunt Annie’s Pretzel place while there is also an Au Bon Pain accross the way that has fresh fruit on display. I better practice what we’re gonna teach and walk around the airport until the others arrive…and far far away from this pretzel place!

Can’t wait for tomorrow! Hope the teens are excited to see the bus, learn about physical activity and nutrition, and have fun!!!
